When clients reach out to me, I recognize that there is an important, and often time-sensitive reason why they are contacting me.  I make every effort to respond to emails on the day of receipt. Once a client decides to move forward with coaching, I will strive to schedule our first session on a soonest basis. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] For how long a period would we work together?
Coaching is very action-based. Research shows clients will have most success, however, if new strategies and action steps are introduced more gradually. While coaching is very personalized and there is no firm time frame, I suggest that clients work with me for a minimum of three months (for students- one semester) to provide support as new habits are created and maintained. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] What are your coaching fees?
A standard monthly coaching package consists of 4 sessions and each is 30-60 minutes in length. Student sessions tend to be 30 minutes while adult sessions are longer. Charges are based upon a rate of $105/half-hour. All client engagements begin with an initial Foundation Meeting which lasts approximately one hour.
