When clients reach out to me, I recognize that there is an important, and often time-sensitive reason why they are contacting me.  I make every effort to respond to emails on the day of receipt. Once a client decides to move forward with coaching, I will strive to schedule our first session on a soonest basis. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] For how long a period would we work together?
Coaching is very action-based. Research shows clients will have most success, however, if new strategies and action steps are introduced more gradually. While coaching is very personalized and there is no firm time frame, I suggest that clients work with me for a minimum of three months (for students- one semester) to provide support as new habits are created and maintained. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] How often do we meet and how long is a session?
Coaching is very personalized. Typically, sessions are once a week and are 30-60 minutes in length depending on a client's needs.  The initial, foundation meeting is one hour long and clients are billed at the end of that session. Regular, weekly sessions are billed at the end of the month. There is no extra charge for email and text check-ins between sessions.
