Transition to college workshops are among those offered in-person in a group or in a one-on-one format in the Boston, Massachusetts area, as well as online, by Marla Stone, MA, CMC, PCC, CSS.

 Are you or a family member an incoming college freshman or a returning student who would like to prepare for a stronger year? 

Please join us for a workshop to help you transition to college and develop personalized strategies to get the most out of your college years.

Highlights of the Workshop include:

Preparing for your college arrival: defining college success, goals, your learning style and strengths and arranging for accommodations if needed

Academics: study, writing, note-taking, and test-taking strategies, project planning, and self-advocacy

Life Balance and Maintenance: time management, task initiation, enhancing motivation and productivity, dealing with procrastination and distractions, sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.

Workshops will be conducted by Marla Stone, MA, CMC, PCC, CSS, a Certified Life and Executive Function Coach. She works with teens and adults with a particular interest in working with high school students transitioning to college.
