Come and join us for an interactive workshop to discover how to make your day more productive, more balanced and less stressful.
Workshop topics include:
- Defining your core values and true priorities to help give direction to your day
- Scheduling your tasks to maximize your output
- Increasing productivity
- A “tool box” of strategies to help stay on task and reduce distractions

Please join us for a lively discussion on “It’s Off to College.”
Focus will be on how to make the transition a smoother one for your child, as well as for you! Come with questions, concerns, and insights. We will cover everything from the skills necessary for a successful college experience, to what to pack and what to expect the first semester.
The discussion will be facilitated by life coach, Marla Stone, MA, CMC, PCC, CSS. Marla works with teens and adults and has a special interest in working with students transitioning to college.
